While sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed since whales are wild animals in their natural habitat, our tours operate in high-density migration corridors with a sighting success rate above 90–95%. In the rare event no whales or dolphins are spotted, we provide a voucher for a complimentary return trip.

Passenger safety and animal welfare are our top priorities. The captain and coast guard assess sea conditions every morning. If a tour is canceled due to poor weather or rough swells, you can reschedule for the next available departure date or receive a full refund.

If you are prone to motion sickness, take an over-the-counter motion sickness tablet 30–60 minutes before departure. Eat a light, non-greasy meal before boarding, stay hydrated, and spend your time outside on the deck looking toward the horizon where the air is fresh.

Depending on the season and location, you may encounter blue whales, humpbacks, sperm whales, fin whales, and large pods of spinner or bottlenose dolphins. We strictly adhere to international marine wildlife protection guidelines, maintaining a safe, respectful distance of 100+ meters to never crowd, chase, or distress the animals.
