Arms tired from riding? Try these amazing local excursions (can be arranged on request):
An 8-day duration is the gold standard for solid progression. Beginners typically advance from zero experience to fully independent riding (upwind riding, smooth transitions, and self-rescue). Intermediate and advanced riders have ample time to master jumps, unhooked freestyle tricks, wave riding, or downwinders.
The package includes 7 nights of accommodation, daily meals (or breakfast/half-board, depending on room plan), professional instruction hours, safety boat rescue service, and all kite hardware (kites, bars, boards, harnesses, buoyancy vests, helmets with radio headsets). Airport transfers and gear storage are also provided.
Yes. Upon completing your training, your certified instructor registers your skill level with international bodies such as IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) or VDWS. This digital certification proves your competency and allows you to rent gear and ride independently at kite spots worldwide.
Training is structured into 2–3 hour daily sessions to allow physical recovery and avoid fatigue. Once your instructor signs off on your IKO Level 3 independent riding skills, you can use remaining clinic hours or rent equipment to free-ride under the supervision of the safety rescue team.
If wind conditions are unrideable on any day, unused instruction hours can be rescheduled, converted into equipment credit, or used for alternative activities such as boat safaris, downwinder excursions to outer sandbanks, dolphin watching, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
