At Crown Tours & Travels, we strive to provide the best and most reliable transport and tour services in Sri Lanka. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have created a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our valued guests.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time: 100% Refund (Subject to a minor deduction for payment gateway/bank processing fees).
Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: 50% Refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time or “No Shows”: No Refund will be issued.
If your booking includes third-party services (e.g., Safari Jeeps, Train Tickets, National Park entry fees, or Hotel bookings), those specific charges are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf, regardless of the cancellation time.
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdowns, or “Force Majeure” events (extreme weather, natural disasters, political instability), you will be offered a full 100% Refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
