1. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website.
• Customers must provide correct pickup location, date, time, and contact details.
2. Pricing & Payments
• Prices are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and route.
• Prices may change due to fuel price changes, road conditions, tolls, or customer route changes.
• Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other agreed payment methods.
• Full payment or advance payment may be required for airport transfers, long-distance trips, or tour bookings.
• Online payments are securely processed through certified payment gateway providers.
3. Waiting Time
Free waiting time:
• Airport pickup: up to 60 minutes
• City / hotel pickup: up to 15 minutes
Additional waiting time will be charged per hour.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Cancellation charges:
Less than 12 hours before pickup: up to 50% of booking value
No-show: 100% charge
• Advance payments are non-refundable for no-shows.
5. Changes to Booking
• Changes to pickup time, route, or destination must be informed in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for changes made after the trip starts.
6. Online Payment Security
• All online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• The company does not store customer card or banking details.
• Customers must ensure payment details are correct when making transactions.
